Stayed at Kubo Siargao for 3 nights, and that was the best decision we have ever made for our Siargao Trip! The moment we went inside the property, we were so amazed with the interiors, the colors, the designs, almost all the corners were instagrammable! What you see from the pictures are what you actually get and they're much better personally! Plus, I go crazy with their kitchen, because I absolutely loved cooking, everything was in there! Even a grilling spot! It was so tipid! Ate Geng Geng, the caretaker, was such a sweetheart, she's super helpful on giving local tips and she took care of the place 100% whenever we go out to tours, and when we get back, the whole place was cleaned already!
I remember wow-ing from the gate when we went back to Kubo all lighted up for the night after our first full day tour, it was so romantic! Kubo is super recommended for family and friends! There's a recycled fridge that contained board games and books, books and books, I had to look at it again the second time because I couldn't believe that they turned it into a bookshelf! You won't ever get bored at the property since there's a lot you can do, you can even yoga, hula hoops, play twister, play with the cat (He's the sweetest!), sleep in the hammocks (there's 3 btw) and even have a drinking session! They offer tours and surfing lessons too! Bonus na rin yung wifi!
Everything is really here! Super cold at night too, so you don't really need aircons. Our experience in Kubo is the perfect example of a probinsya life, and I love everything about it! I like how it was situated on a quiet road, away from the noisy ones. We weren't able to rent a motorbike since no one among us knows how to ride it. Haha! If we were able to do that, the experience will be much mooooore perfect! We'll come back and do that! Thank you Kai and Harvey!
